Milwaukee, Wi. LawBike.com racing partner Chris Carr was present at the Harley-Davidson museum for the unveiling of the new XR1200X sportster. The new Xr1200x is equipped with fully adjustable Showa suspension and Nissin full floating rotors with four piston calipers. The event was hosted by Bill Davidson and several note worthy racers were in attendance including Scotty Parker. Immediately following the presentation, Bill Davidson presented Chris with his very own XR1200X to be used for the Hoka Hey motorcycle challenge which is a 7,000 mile motorcycle rally that will start from Key West, Florida on June 20th and will end in Homer, Alaska when the competitors cross the finish line no later than July 4th.
“This is a fantastic opportunity for the LawBike team to get some awesome exposure not only locally, but nationally as well. Having corporate Harley-Davidson involved with this project is a testament to Chris’ character and his riding ability” Chuck Watwood.
Chris’ comment regarding the event had a slightly different slant:” You know it seems like every time Chuck and I go to lunch together, Chuck hatches another venture, that somehow involves me endangering myself. I don’t know what they put in his food, but I think I am skipping the next lunch invitation” Chris Carr.
