Moto Guzzi USA Participates in the 39th Annual Moto Guzzi National Owners Club Rally

NEW YORK, June 7, 2010 – Grab your helmet, hop on your motorcycle and take a ride with the Moto Guzzi National Owners Club (MGNOC) for the 39th Annual MGNOC National Rally.  The rally will take place June 24 – 26 at the Grand County Fairgrounds in John Day, Oregon.

The MGNOC is an active group of motorcycle enthusiasts who enjoy the mystique, unique craftsmanship and riding pleasures provided by the historic Italian brand, Moto Guzzi.  MGNOC Rally participants will have the opportunity to ride along canyon roads, through pine forests and across juniper-covered mountains in scenic Eastern Oregon.  The event also includes field games, bike shows and self guided tours of the area.

Moto Guzzi USA will be in attendance at the event, offering demo rides on the current range of products, technical seminars, as well as sponsoring the Saturday breakfast and handing out door prizes.  Additionally, several Moto Guzzi dealers will be present, including Cascade Moto Classics of Portland, Empire Cycle and Powersports of Spokane, and Moto International of Seattle.

“Members of the MGNOC are some of the most dedicated Moto Guzzi enthusiasts,” said Rick Panettieri, Moto Guzzi brand manager.  “We have been attending this annual rally with our demo bikes for the past few years and look forward to seeing our old friends again, making new friends, and riding the local roads on the latest Moto Guzzi models.”

Registration for the MGNOC National Rally is $55 after May 25, $35 for children 7 to 12 and free for children 6 and under.  Registration includes a Rally pin, camping for three nights, dinner on Friday, breakfast and dinner on Saturday, continental breakfast on Sunday and all activities.
