GoDaddy Founder Breaks Ground on Motorcycle Mall

GoDaddy Founder is avid motorcyclist

In a report in the Phoenix Business Journal, GoDaddy founder Bob Parsons has broken ground on a 3.5 million dollar motorcycle mall project in the Scottsdale Arizona Airpark.

Construction is expected to be completed by January 2011.

“Go AZ isn’t just a place to buy a motorcycle, it’s a lifestyle destination,” Parsons said in a prepared statement. “The Valley needs a place where motorcycle enthusiasts can enjoy the full experience, whether it’s trying new gear, sharing information, participating in events, meeting up with fellow bikers or just hanging out, this place has it all.”

Scottsdale Mayor Jim Lane said, “this is an exciting development for Scottsdale,”  It’s unlike anything else we have in the city and we think this will draw people from throughout the entire Southwest.”

As long as its not more harley crap it shoudl be really cool, and since he’s NOT sitting on a harley in the photo this could prove to be a really interesting idea and place.
