REFUELING BIB PROTECTS BIKES, CARS AND ENVIRONMENT

absorbent pad protects paint during fuel ups

Annoying fuel burps or spills can harm paint, as well as cause pollution and dangerous situations, such as fires if gas drips on a hot engine.  Cleaning it up is another problem, since the insufficient, scratchy paper towels at the station hardly get the job done.  The patented Chadd Padd® provides the perfect solution by catching and containing any spills or overages that may occur at the pump.  The industry’s premier, disposable refueling bib protects motorcycle and car surfaces from hose and nozzle damage.

Originally designed for use on corporate jets, the waterproof Chadd Padd delivers 10″ x 10″ of fuel absorbing power.  Made from clean, soft and absorbent polymers, it is anti-static treated and can hold up to 4.5 oz. of petroleum products.

The Chadd Padd can be used multiple times for a variety of applications.  With a perforated, partial hole design, it accommodates most filler ports for refueling or adding oil.  The pad can also be employed as a drip mat and is even disposable, in accordance with applicable regulations.

The economical Chadd Padd retails for just $9.95 for a convenient 6-pack, while a roll of 36 10″ x 10″ pads is $34.95.  Enter promo code EZFUEL8 at www.chaddpadd.com to save 10%.

  1. REALLY!!!

Fuel and Fluid Spills a Concern?
    Protect Your Bike With
    "The Tank Towel"

Safely and Cleanly Refill Fuels and Fluids
Avoid Fuel Spilling into Water, Damage to Paint,
    Messes, Fumes, and Greasy Build-up

Tampa, FL,; November, 2011 – Am-Mar Innovations, Inc. introduces “The Tank Towel.”
It is a unique kit designed to protect surrounding areas from splash-back and perpetual dripping when refueling vehicles of all kinds. “Splash-back” is fuel splatter as a result of the force of the nozzle shutting off when the tank is full. The caustic fuel that contact’s painted surfaces damages the clear coat over the paint, and eventually the paint, when wiped off. Gradually the finish will dull and yellow. The kit consists of a soft, absorbent, cut pile, terry cloth towel with an embroidered hole, a fuel extrusion, and a carry bag.

The president of Am-mar Innovations, being a vehicle enthusiast, and having experienced for years, splash-back and dripping on his vehicles when refueling, despite his best efforts, conceived of a towel with a hole for which to pour through. To achieve optimum results, he developed and included a fuel extrusion which fits most fuel tank openings. It holds the towel in place while providing an extended opening for ease of filling, the reduction or elimination of splash-back and a more full topping off of the tank without overflowing. The towel collects any excess splash and dripping that occurs when removing the nozzle. The towel and extrusion store neatly away in the nylon carry bag provided.

How it works. Insert the small end of the extrusion or funnel into the hole in the towel, then into the container opening. The extrusion will fit snug in the towel hole so there is no need to remove it with each use. Need only to remove it before washing the towel, just like you would wash any other towel. Spread the towel over the surrounding area, or wrap the towel around the nozzle or funnel for even better protection. Hold in place with one hand to avoid movement when filling. Pump or pour the liquid through the extrusion or funnel. When finished, return towel and extrusion to carry bag provided. It is recommended to then seal towel in zip lock bag to avoid fumes in closed spaces. (Zip Bag Not Included)

The Tank Towel can be used when transferring fuels and fluids of any liquid dependent machinery: Automobiles, Motorcycles, Trucks, Marine Craft, Tractors, Engine Compartments, ATV’s, Scooters, Lawn Equipment, and Industrial & Commercial Equipment & Machinery. If the fuel extrusion is too large for the opening, one can merely replace it with an appropriate sized funnel of their own.

Am-Mar Innovations, Inc. began in 2011 to develop, manufacture and distribute a line of products based on the “The Pour Hole Towel” patented concept. For customizing a Tank Towel or a towel of any material, color, size, or logo, to accommodate a particular machine or spillage issue; for resale, promotion or as a complimentary gift; or to inquire of an investment opportunity, visit: THETANKTOWEL.COM.
