SONOMA, Calif. (April 27, 2011) — Motorcycle riders can enjoy a high-speed day on the twists and turns of Infineon Raceway on May 11, all in the name of charity.
The event will mark 3J’s Motorcycle Track Days’ 16th charity event in Sonoma, and will include a full day of riding around the 12-turn road course, a catered lunch, T-shirt, raffle and an evening reception for all riders. It’s truly the perfect day for any two-wheel enthusiast. Cost for the track day is $225.
Following the track day, the raceway will host motorcycle-only drag racing on its quarter-mile strip ($25 for competitors).
The 3J’s Track Day also serves as the kickoff to the West Coast Moto Jam at Infineon Raceway, May 11-15, which features the best in AMA Pro Road Racing, Supermoto USA, AHRMA National Motocross, Flat Track and TTXGP electric motorcycles.
3J’s Motorcycle Track Days events have raised more than $250,000 for worthy causes since 2003. Proceeds from this year’s event will benefit Sonoma County youthorganizations through the Sonoma Chapter of Speedway Children’s Charities, the charitable arm of Infineon Raceway.
