100Partners With Champion Bike Builder Dar Holdsworth’s Bike Company

(NASHVILLE, Tenn.) Singer, songwriter, entertainer and entrepreneur Toby Keith has taken his love of motorcycles to a new level as he partners with Brass Balls Cycles’ Dar Holdsworth as co-owner of the award-winning, Oklahoma City-based custom/production bike builder.

The partnership will be publicly announced August 6 as Keith returns to headline the legendary Sturgis Buffalo Chip Motorcycle Rally. Also at The Chip, Holdsworth and the Brass Balls team will be featured in a Bike Build-Off being filmed for CMT. The finished motorcycle will be given to a Vietnam vet at the conclusion of the event.

“This partnership will help Brass Balls Cycles increase its U.S. market presence, as well as expand the brand internationally,” Holdsworth says. “We will be revealing new and revised models in the near future and, as always, proudly power our bikes with American made S&S V-Twin motors.”

A longtime motorcycling enthusiast (as depicted in his “American Ride” video), Keith met Holdsworth through the Pros 4 Vets organization. Earlier this year, Brass Balls Cycles built a custom bike that was raffled to support the Toby Keith Foundation’s OK Kids Korral project.

And his Hammer Down Tour, Presented By Ford F-Series will continue to pack venues nationwide into the fall.

Kerry will also attempt a new land speed record driving a Susuki Hayusbusa in the 1350cc class at this years event.

The BUB Motorcycle Speed Trials are held August 27through September 1 at the famed Bonneville Salt Flats, near Wendover Utah. The event is hosted by the American Motorcycle Association (AMA), which verifies and sanctions all US national records. Over 300 racers will attempt land speed records this year, yet less than 10% will set records based on historical performance, signifying the difficulty of  this endeavor.
